Roger Barnett invited all the Masters to Pleasanton for the Master's Leadership Summit to share new things and strategize fast growth in 2005.
Roger Barnett just announced a fabulous new incentive that can change your life! The Fast Start program and the new incentive changes everything! This is a new day in Shak***.
Shak*** is such an incredible company - a fabulous 50 year heritage and impeccable reputation. No other company has the history and heritage we do. Our products are absolutely the best. The compensation plan is better and pays more than any other company ever has, or does. The one weakness is that the incentives were taken away by past management. Roger said that was a mistake. Every leader seemed to have a different program and different ways to build. This just causes confusion and when people are confused they do not do anything. Even if people find a builder, they never really knew what to do with them.)

If you sponsor someone after Jan 1, 2005 and they makes Master Coordinator by March 31, 2006 (15 months):
The new Master will make an ADDITIONAL $100,000
The sponsor will also make an ADDITIONAL $100,000 and get an invitation to spend a weekend with Roger and his family at one of his houses.
The first one to make it will get paid double!
You can do it as many times as you want. If you sponsor 2 people that make Master by March 2006, you make an extra $200.000
And Roger said If you sponsor 10 who do it, you make an additional Million Dollars.
